OGP® SmartScope measurement systems are one of the world’s most popular and versatile dimensional measurement systems for precision measurement challenges. Designed to be multisensor systems from the ground up, SmartScopes combine optical, laser, and tactile sensors integrated seamlessly with the system mechanics and software. All sensors are simultaneously calibrated and available for use at any step in the measurement routine.
Why Multisensor?
Multisensor measurement systems provide complete 3D measurement data from a single measuring machine. Video, contact probes, laser, and micro-probes combine for total part characterization, with better accuracy, in a fraction of the time it would take to do on separate measuring systems. About SmartScope E7
SmartScope® E7 is the newest addition to the SmartScope line, and sets the standard for 3-axis video measurement performance. This fully automatic system features the IntelliCentric™ fixed lens optical system with 6-megapixel camera and 5 position digital zoom. The combination provides a high-resolution image engineered for video edge detection metrology.
Innovative Features
A heavy-duty cast base and integral compound stage with Y-axis center drive provides stability. All LED coaxial, substage profile, and VectorLight ring light illumination is standard. Optional TP-20 and TP-200 touch probes make SmartScope E-Series systems fast, accurate, and flexible 3D multisensor metrology systems.
